Instructor: Independently teach a class of 260 junior and senior undergrad students. Created syllabus, quizzes, assignments and exams. Course: Organic Chemistry Lab and Lecture (Spring 2014 – Present)

Head Teaching Assistant: Six graduate teaching assistants report to me. I supervise 11 organic lab sections with 24 students in each. Organize weekly TA meeting, create lab protocols, safety policies and weekly lesson plans. Resolve workplace conflicts, and contribute to course reform. Course: Organic Chemistry Labs (Spring 2014 – Present)

Lecture Teaching Assistant: Assist professor, lead group discussions, help students to solve problems, grade tests and home works. Course: Organic Chemistry II Honors (Spring 2014)

Created and conducted exams, taught in review sessions, graded exams, and reply to students’ emails. Course: Organic Chemistry II – class of 180 students (Fall 2013)

Lab Teaching Assistant: Four years of experience in teaching organic chemistry major and non-major labs to more than 300 senior undergraduate students in total. That are 14 lab sections with 24 students in each. (Fall 2009 – Fall 2013) I also taught four general chemistry lab sections to freshmen undergraduate students.
